We offer fixed-term subscriptions. This type of subscription starts when the Owner receives the payment and continues for the duration selected by the User or as specified during the purchase process. Access to the Product ceases once the subscription period ends.

Automatic Renewal of Fixed-Term Subscriptions: Fixed-term subscriptions renew automatically using the payment method selected at the time of purchase. The renewal term is equal in length to the original subscription period.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

Users are, however, free to express their intention to withdraw from the contract by making an unequivocal statement in any other suitable way. To exercise their right of withdrawal, Users must communicate their clear intention to withdraw from the contract with the Owner. This right of withdrawal is applicable to both contracted services and membership subscriptions.

In the case of contracted services, if a User opts for withdrawal after the commencement of the service and before the expiry of the withdrawal period, they are required to pay a proportionate amount to the Owner. This payment will be based on the contractual fee and corresponds to the portion of the service provided until the point of withdrawal, in relation to the total service agreed upon in the contract.

For membership subscriptions, users are eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining time in their fixed-term subscription. It's important to note, however, that this right of withdrawal does not extend to individually purchased digital products. Given the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for these items once they have been acquired.
